Trace Metals
Sindrome de Fatiga Cronica SFC/CFS
My origins:born in Paris dec 1936 , received Dr. In Chemistry Univ. BsAs 1959, same year Chemichal Engineer and in 1960 MS MIT in Chemical Engineering Practice.Male.
End of 2003 felt tired and ill. Was diagnostiqued Pancreatitis and advised to eat only noodles. Increased weight from 118Kgs to 130Kgs. I am 185cms tall. The last years feeling very tired at evenings I overcomed that feeling with hard liquor and had to get out of that adiction. Today I drink only one glass of vine per day when with friends.Found in intrernet a similar ilness , the -Myalgic Encefalomielitis-ME, a disease characterized by several of the following symptoms:impaired sleep, muscle twiching at night, extreme fatigue in the evenings and even tremendous effort to get up from a chair, loss of memory, since five years acne on top of my head, knees aches and inflamation, bad migrenes. However I have no low blood sedimentation rate. Also bad digestion of green salad leaves and excess gases. Of course I consulted many doctors but no real improvement. High lipase made physicians diagnostic pancreatitis but a pancreas specialist, Dr. Tiscornia told me he considered I had no pancreas trouble.
End of 2003 we sold a ranch in La Pampa and bought one nearer at Tornquist. Studying for the new ranch I bought a french book translated to spanish: Los Oligoelementos en la Agricultura y Ganaderia, incidencia en la nutricion humana por Yves Coic and Marcel Coppenet first edited in Paris in 1989.
Reading this book to prepare for pasturas I found grass could die because of lack of Trace Metals (oligoelementos). Acording to this book the trace metals important for human beings are : iron, zinc, copper, chrome, selenium ,iodine and cobalt. The folowing daily requirements were estimated: cobalt as B12 vitamin 0.0013 mg, Cu 2-5 mg, Fl 3 mg, Fe10 mg, I 0.1-0.14 mg, Mn 2-3 mg, Zn 15, Se 0.020-0.040 mg, Mo 0.050-0.100 mg..Similar figures are found elsewhere in litterature.
By curious coincidence I prepare since 1982 a trace metal suplement for cows which came from repeting a formula from Hoechst that was discontinued for cattle. We add 1% of this formula to 10% of calcined cattle bones and that in turn to ten times its volume of corse salt. We call that chemical ladelita and in every preparation we make some 36 Kgs of it. You can see the formula here.

I started taking trace metals pills and found the cramps to desapear, the acne mostly also (which I had for 5 years), the tiredness has gone the memory is slightly better than before, the migraine desapeared and the knee pain is as good as it was or better. Then I made a trace metals determination in my blood serum and only a low concentration of Cu was found. The remaining was normal.
My physician Dr. EGM gave me a Roche product to maintain my trace metals in good shape. We will let you know how this works out.
oct 10th 2006. The Roche product was not strong enough and I took minerals from Tamvimil during two months and then made my own humanita. I am still taking 8 drops a day. Of the formula which I made disolving in boiling water the substances bringing it to 1500cm3 cooling it while strirring to produce fines shaking the drop dispenser to produce the drops, I made by that 5000 servings; hope I last to see its end...They were several products I did not include:FNa, lecitin, vegetable oil but increased others:selenium 600mcgrs per week, ascorbic acid 5 grs per day, vitamin E,vitamins B and 15 mgrs folic acid per week. My experience is that it is always safer to consult with a MD before undertaking anything on your own.

To keep in good shape it is also very important to follow Pilates Gym as ones mussles are loosing strenght. MDs and the proper Pilates are not yet aware of this.
